My Unique Method

Over the years, I have developed a unique method that combines NLP, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, and Bodywork.

The body holds emotions and memories – each pain or tension tells a story.

In each session, we connect to the body, discover the emotional root, and release it gently through breath, awareness, and touch.
This process creates deep emotional and physical healing.

 

The B.M.S.M. Treatment Method

The B.M.S.M. method is a unique treatment method developed from a deep understanding that the body and mind are closely connected.
Many physical pains are actually a reflection of emotional and mental pressures.
The method focuses on identifying the exact source of the pain and releasing it, while combining physical diagnosis, touch therapy, and connecting to the emotional level.

 
By connecting all these layers, the patient experiences a profound change on both a physical and emotional level.

 

What is the B.M.S.M Method?

The approach is based on five layers:
‏ • Body: Listening to signs and sensations.
‏ • Muscles: A place to store tension and express strength.
‏ • Soul: Emotions and experiences that govern us from within.
‏• Mind: Beliefs and thought patterns that affect the health of the body.

How does it work in practice?

1. Accurate diagnosis – The process begins with a personal questioning, in which we will identify the possible cause of the pain.
2. Muscle testing – We will check which muscles are tense or weak, and discover the physical cause.
3. Connection to the emotional factor – After we have identified the physical link, we will delve deeper into the emotional or conscious connection that created it.
4. Focused treatment – ​​through touch and unique methods, tension is released from the body and mind, allowing the body to heal and return to balance.

A patient came in with severe headaches, recurring migraines, and lower back pain.
The diagnosis found that pressures at work led to improper sitting and tension in the back and neck.
After only 3 treatments – the migraines were gone, and the back and shoulder pain significantly decreased.
